When I open any site on my lapteop, the sites are not opening. Can anyone help me .

There isn’t really enough information here for anyone to be able to help you. Which sites are not opening? Are they sites that you host or develop yourself, or just any old web site? Do you have the same problem with every web site, or just certain ones? You put “security” as one of the tags, do you think the issue is related to security? If so, why?
You obviously haven’t had a problem signing up for this web site and posting here, does that mean this one is an exception, or do the issues only appear on your laptop and you’ve used something else to post here? If that’s the case, do the other sites work OK on that device, and just fail on the laptop? Have you tried another laptop? Another browser?

What does happen? Is there an error message? The error code(s) and messages would help. Or is the problem that nothing appears?
That can be caused by a few different issues. First, check your internet connection to make sure it’s working properly. Try opening sites on another device to confirm. You can also restart your laptop and router. If the issue continues, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If nothing works, it might be a DNS or network settings issue. Let me know what you’ve tried so far 
First check whether your internet is actually connected. If Wi-Fi is working on your phone but not on the laptop, restart the laptop and browser once. Small problems often disappear after a simple restart
